Adam will share the themes (and solutions!) he has come to recognize after years of working with parents as both a group facilitator and during individual therapy. After this interactive discussion, you will better understand your co-parenting relationship, your own values in parenting, and simple ways to work together more effectively as parents.
This event is appropriate for expectant parents as well as families and individuals who already have children. The Nurture Nook is child-friendly and children are welcome to attend.
At the end of the session, Adam will also share about the ongoing parenting groups he will be leading through the Nurture Nook, where conversation and guidance from Adam will facilitate the development of understanding, empathy, and clarity for each parent. Parents will come away from these sessions with more personal agency in their relationship and a greater understanding of their parenting values.
